Please join us for SAF’s fourth Life Sciences conference titled “Dementia in MENA 2027 - Together Towards Earlier Detection and Better Patient Outcomes” Taking place from January 8-10, 2027, this year’s conference will virtually convene leading researchers, clinicians, educators, technology specialists and early-career researchers from across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) and the international scientific community to shed light on the latest research, technologies, and social aspects related to dementia. We hope this creates an opportunity for cross-fertilization across disciplines and borders and fosters a deeper understanding of the progress, hurdles, and possible ways to tackle dementia’s increasing burden to societies. The scientific program spans experimental models, single-cell and spatial biology, blood-brain barrier research, neuropharmacology, genetics, epidemiology, neuroimaging, artificial intelligence, cultural context and neuroethics.
